Prices are listed in AUD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products or services at any time.

Some products may be available exclusively online and in limited quantities. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person or region.

Due to the fragile and handmade nature of our glass pieces, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@carrieawayglass.com. within 48 hours of delivery with:

· your order number,

· a description of the issue, and

· clear photos of the item and its packaging.

If the return is approved, we’ll provide further instructions.
