1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We do our best to package each order safely, but if your item arrives:

· damaged in transit,

· defective, or

· different from what you ordered,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@carrieawayglass.com.
Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

If your request is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and either issue a refund, repair, or replacement depending on the situation.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first - unsolicited returns will not be accepted.

2. Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds on:

· Custom or made-to-order pieces

· Sale or promotional items

· Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)

· Items damaged due to misuse or handling after delivery

Glass is a tough and delicate material. Although these jewelry pieces are kiln tempered for everyday wear, they still need to be cared for carefully.

Avoid dropping or hitting hard surfaces. Remove jewelry when performing heavy physical labor and store it properly when not in use. Each piece will last with a loved one.
